This is the “all in” package for those people who lack the time, or perhaps the inclination to commit themselves to all that is required throughout the long planning process - or else for those that simply want to be able to relax in knowledge that they have an expert taking care of everything for them, from engagement to thank you cards!

This package will include –

Initial consultation –

this meeting can be arranged at a time and place convenient to you, to discuss budget, legalities, ideas, themes, etiquettes etc;

Theme/design –

we can help you decide on your theme and general design by providing ideas and inspiration as well as examples/photos/samples etc;

Online Spreadsheets –

we produce easy to follow, online spreadsheets for us to update and follow. These will include suppliers details, guest list, budget and costs (deposits, balances due etc) and a detailed task list. This is a live document so that any changes made by you or us, will be visible to the other online, without having to save and send different versions.

Unlimited contact -

through phone calls, emails or meetings – whatever you feel you need;

Budget planning and management –

once the budget planner has been produced, we will ensure that this is followed to your instruction and arrange for the payment of supplier invoices on time;

Venue search –

this is often the part that takes the longest as couples are often overwhelmed with the wide variety of choice out there and the different types of venue available. Whether you want a country castle, a wooden beam filled manor house, a marquee or your favourite local restaurant we will find it for you. We will prepare a shortlist based on your wishes and requirements;

Ceremony –

we will advise you on the types of ceremonies available and the legalities of each. We can also help with the finer details such as readings and music choices;

Finding the best suppliers –

we will find the supplier’s best suited to your budget and requirements, from caterers to florists to hairdressers and makeup artists. We will provide you with a shortlist showing the best options with what they offer and for what price (with photos or samples where appropriate) – allowing you to make an informed final decision.

Outfits –

for “the dress” and accessories we can locate the best shops/sources in your area and can even attend the search and subsequent fittings with you if you wish. We will also help you find the grooms and groomsmen’s outfits as well as the bridesmaid/flowergirl dresses and accessories.

Stationary –

once your overall theme is decided we can help find the best stationary for you or point you in the right direction if you want to DIY! We will co-ordinate the save the dates, invitations and RSVP’s, prepare the table plans, menu’s, order of the day, table numbers/names etc;

Hen/stag parties –

if you want help arranging your hen/stag parties or weekends away, we can prepare a shortlist of ideas/best options in line with your requirements;

Honeymoon –

we can help research possible destinations and itineraries, as well as dealing with any required bookings;

The Day -

we will of course be there on the day to co-ordinate and manage events, suppliers and decoration so that you can just relax and enjoy yourselves; and

The aftermath! -

we will co-ordinate pick up’s from the venue, return any hired items, ensure the return of deposits, send out thank you cards, prepare change of name forms for passport/driving licence, inform banks and utility companies etc.

During the last 2 months before your wedding there will be lots of last minute things to do and arrange, so if you feel you would like to pass this worry to someone else, then this package may be for you.

This package will include -

An initial meeting to run through your plans so far, providing any last minute inspiration needed or help with any final suppliers required;

We will prepare a wedding day timetable and distribute to the appropriate people;

Unlimited contact, through phone calls, emails or meetings – whatever you feel you need;

Arranging any final fittings and last minute appointments;

Ensuring that all final payments are made on time;

We will contact and co-ordinate suppliers in the final run up and on the day so that everyone and everything is where it should be in plenty of time; and

We will of course be there on the day to co-ordinate and manage events, suppliers and decoration so that you can just relax and enjoy yourselves.

If you are happy that you have organised everything in the run up to your wedding, but feel you could do with an extra pair of hands on the actual day - so that you can just relax and concentrate on enjoying yourselves then please CONTACT US to discuss your requirements.

We will meet you ideally about a month before (although don’t worry if there is less than a month to go) to discuss the schedule for the day and we will then prepare a wedding day timetable and distribute to the appropriate people. We will take all responsibility for co-ordinating the venue, decoration and suppliers and will be the main point of contact for anyone with an issue or query.
